BDO Digital is seeking an experienced Dayforce Solution Architect to own the architecture of Dayforce solutions and lead other team members in design, requirement gathering, configuration, testing, data conversion and integration.

Responsibilities

• As a leader, own the architecture of Dayforce solutions and lead other team members in the areas of design, requirement gathering, configuration, testing, data conversion and integration.
• At the delivery stage, work with implementation teams to ensure that the overall solution architecture is sound and the proposed design will meet the requirements and expectations set during the selection process.
• Drive project initiatives by collaborating with the rest of the delivery team to ensure that all milestones and deadlines are met.
• Help to set the direction for the practice and mentor fellow consultants.
