Dealer Relations Analyst, Western Zone

Please note this role is based in Markham to support our Western Zone operations. Working hours are 11am–7pm EST to cover dealer operating hours. Reporting to the Senior Dealer Relations Manager, the Dealer Relations Analyst is a developmental position designed to evaluate a candidate’s suitability to become a Field Associate.

Responsibilities

• Direct and support the powersports dealer network in setting and achieving key performance metrics, facilitate regular meetings between DRAs and PSP DSMs, develop and use joint performance metrics to track success and adjust strategies.
• Coordinate internal cross‑functional efforts, prepare and distribute weekly status reports, identify and address roadblocks.
• Provide sales support to the PSP network by conducting regular performance reviews with large‑volume dealers, monitoring sales trends, and meeting proactively to develop business plans.
