What You’ll Do- Manage and process dealer orders with accuracy and efficiency
- Provide outstanding support and build strong relationships with clients
- Collaborate with sales, logistics, and warehouse teams
- Track and follow up on open orders and customer requests
- Resolve issues proactively and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate data in ERP/CRM systems
- Experience in customer service, sales support, or operations
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience with ERP/CRM systems (a plus)
- Excel skills (basic to intermediate)
