Debt Collections Team Leader - Sofom

**We are seeking to recruit an experienced leader having previously worked for SOFOM, loan-lenders, credit providers or debt collection agencies in Mexico.
**You will be working alongside our growing team of agents to ensure that customer debt is accurately captured, managed and recovered according to industry best practice.
**Key Deliverables**- Working closely with HQ in establishing annual targets and ensuring the delivery of KPIs.
- Create a proactive system to manage customer repayment plans, constantly seeking to improve on the services offered.
- Team management of telephone/online based debt collection agents, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
- Provide guidance to the team on established industry best practice - always ensuring that legal and regulatory requirements for debt recovery are followed.
