Dedicated Health Care Aide Role

Become a Health Care Aide at AgeCare, committed to enhancing the lives of seniors through personal care and safety monitoring. This role is centered around compassionate interaction with residents.

You will be an integral part of the care team, reporting to Community Care RN Case Managers. Your responsibilities will include attending to residents' personal care needs and quickly addressing any safety concerns. Collaboration with families and external agencies is key, as is promoting the values of ethics and integrity in every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Aid residents in personal care and daily support tasks
• Ensure a clean and safe living environment for clients
• Observe and report on residents' safety issues
• Work closely with agencies involved in residents' care
• Attend in-service training to enhance care skills
