You’ll support enterprise applications, resolve user issues, manage support tickets, and gain exposure to cloud technologies, compliance processes, and identity-related solutions in a global technology environment.
What You'll Do
Provide Tier one application support for clients and internal users
Troubleshoot issues such as account access, password resets, user provisioning, and system outages
Manage and track support requests through Salesforce and other ticketing tools
Document issues, resolutions, and support activities
