Delivery Manager Mexico

Portcities is seeking a driven and hands-on Delivery Manager —consulting to lead our Mexicoconsulting team. This role is pivotal to ensuring high-quality project delivery in line with our methodology, maximizing consulting income, and maintaining a professional and performance-driven environment. You will be responsible for team performance, project execution, and customer satisfaction, directly impacting the business's profit & loss.

Drive Consulting Income

• Monitor and improve the team's invoiceability.
• Be involved and accountable for the consulting income:
• Ensure the team is invoiceable and find projects this is not the case. Fight and defend the invoiceability of your team.
• Support the sales team in closing deals by providing delivery insights and building confidence in our execution.
• Identify and negotiate change requests to minimize credit notes and maximize revenue.
