Demand Planner

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain short- and long-term demand forecasts at the SKU and style level using sales trends, seasonality, and customer orders.
Collaborate with Sales, Product Development, and Production teams to align forecast with market demand and factory capabilities.
Generate weekly and monthly planning reports to support capacity planning and line balancing across sewing, cutting, and embellishment areas.
Coordinate raw material requirements with Procurement to ensure timely availability of fabrics, trims, and labels.
Monitor and adjust forecasts in real‐time based on changes in customer orders or market signals.
Support production scheduling by translating demand plans into cut ticket releases and WIP (work‐in‐progress) tracking.
Maintain planning data in ERP or MRP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Excel, or other tools).
