**Job Description Summary**
The demand planner & SOP Supervisor will be responsible to coordinate all S&OP cycle for all Kohler brands to be commercialized in Mexico and Latin America excluding Brazil.
This role is instrumental for the success of our enhanced Customer Experience and to achieve our Annual Financial Plan.
The associate will lead a cross functional effort to drive the entire Sales and Operations Planning Cycle, it includes the update of the demand and sales forecast, creates and maintains forecast models for customers, manufacturing sites, distribution centers, etc, incorporating business intelligence and forecast information gathered from sales, marketing, finance, retailer replenishment analysts, and other sources.
