What you’ll do

As a Department Sales Manager of Footwear, you will coach and develop your team, lead by example, and drive the customer experience. You will build and manage a daily game‑and‑sales plan, develop staff plans, and maintain a positive work environment. Your responsibilities include setting expectations, coaching on a continual basis, providing constructive feedback, and supporting your team through huddles, meetings, and coaching sessions.
