The Compliance team is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing compliance programs to mitigate legal and regulatory risks, ensuring that an organisation adheres to relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.

• Support the design, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of the compliance framework in Colombia, helping establish strong regulatory foundations for Plata's operations.
• Assist in managing relationships with regulators and support efforts to ensure Plata Card complies with all applicable local laws and general standards while enabling business innovation.
