Deputy Project Director

Overview Aecon, a Canadian leader in infrastructure development, is seeking a Deputy Project Director to lead day‑to‑day executive accountability for Structures and Roadways scopes, supporting the Project Director in delivering projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and aligned with contractual and stakeholder obligations.

Responsibilities

Support the Project Director in managing overall project performance across safety, quality, schedule, cost, and risk.

Lead execution planning and sequencing for complex urban works, including structures, guideways, roadworks, interfaces, and staging.

Drive coordination between construction, engineering, design management, project controls, and procurement teams.
