Overview

Maintaining our provincial building infrastructure is no small job. We’re recruiting for Architects to help our Province achieve big things. The Building Infrastructure Design & Construction Division of the Department of Public Works provides leadership for large public infrastructure projects such as schools, hospitals, offices, correctional facilities, courthouses, and museums.

Responsibilities

• Provide architectural technical and design expertise for pre‑design, design, construction, and handover phases.
• Guide the pre‑design and design stages and lead the internal DPW design team.
• Support construction to ensure projects meet scope, budget, schedule, quality, sustainability and durability, and comply with codes, standards, guidelines and policies.
