**Company Overview**:**Summary**:Age of Learning is seeking a full-time Game Designer to add to our in-house development team.This role will beresponsible for designing engaging, educational game experiences that enhance learning outcomes across webdesign, and interactive digital content development.You will use live analytics and onsite user tests to designand recommend game features, tune systems, and balance the game as it grows.Tasks include developinginitial concepts, working with the product owner and stakeholders to ensure adherence to the product's vision,providing clear documentation to the production team and evaluating the game's performance from live data(engagement and retention).
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling educationalgames that captivate and motivate learners of all ages.The position requires a high attention to detail and the ability to react to the needs of creating a fun gameexperience that keeps kids coming back.
