DESIGNER UX/UI : Requirements As a senior UX/Product designer, your mission will be to: Collaborate closely with PO, business stakeholder & development teams to support the implementation of designs within agile setup, ensuring user needs and business goals translated into compelling design solutions and high-quality user experience. Lead the design process with a user-centric approach, ensuring that all products and features align with customer expected outcomes. Contribute to the design system by providing feedback and building new components or adapting existing ones to ensure homogeneity across all digital channels, to foster a cohesive brand identity and usage consistency. Perform user research and usability testing to gather insights and improve design continuously through feedback.
