Development Lead — Order Management System, Equity Derivatives

To Build and Order Management System (OMS) for equity derivatives business for a top client we are looking for a lead python developer. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of technology and capital markets, offering the opportunity to architect and deliver a mission‑critical platform from the ground up. You will be a hands‑on technical leader and significant individual contributor, working closely with trading, quant, and operations stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and own the design of a scalable, low‑latency OMS for equity derivatives, covering the full order lifecycle from booking through execution and settlement
• Write and own substantial production Python code, setting the technical standard for the team through direct contribution
