Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead development projects for EllisDon Community Builders (EDCB), a division of EllisDon Capital, through the development process including planning approvals, design development, and construction in collaboration with multi‑disciplinary consultant teams and various government authorities.
• Maintain appropriate records of architectural, landscape, and engineering plans, as well as approvals, permits and agreements for each project.
• Review and consolidate comments on technical reports, drawings, and other consultant work products.
• Research and analyze housing market trends, affordable housing policy, industry data, and public/private funding and financing opportunities for affordable housing and other developments.
• Apply valuation tools and financial analysis to assess affordable housing and other development opportunities for clients, partners, and projects.
