WIN House provides individuals and their children fleeing violence crisis response and intervention, safe temporary accommodation, and support for basic needs. Clients are offered trauma-informed, client-centered programming and support, access to resources, information, and referrals to community support. WIN House is working towards operating within a low-barrier model of care.
What You Will Do
Reporting to the Capital Campaign Manager, the Development Officer - Fundraising will play a key role in identifying new funding opportunities, developing compelling grant proposals, and expanding WIN House’s donor pipeline. This role will mainly focus on grant writing and donor prospecting to support the growth of our fundraising efforts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on research, storytelling, and building meaningful connections that translate into sustainable funding.
