**Title:**DG BOSS: Painter (FN)* As directed by the Superintendent, may load, transport, unload, materials, tools, equipment, and supplies.* Clean work area and restock supplies and materials as necessary.* May assist in lifting, positioning, and securing of materials during installation.* Responsible for mixing paints, matching colors, preparing surfaces, and applying paint to these surfaces.* May perform touch-ups or coordinate large painting projects related to the construction industry.* Installs, repairs, and maintains drywall, wall texturing, and ceiling acoustic texturing.* Applies paints, stains, surface preparatory materials, and undercoating materials to a variety of surfaces, as appropriate, and according to Materials Safety Data Sheets ensuring compliance with hazardous materials guidelines.* Maintains existing paint surfaces through matching and tinting of appropriate paint products.* Identification, safe handling, and appropriate disposal of paints, stains, preparatory an...
