Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams that build great products and contribute to our growth, we are looking to add a Diagnostic Supervisor located in Guadalajara, Campus Norte.
Reporting to the Failure Analysis Engineer, The Diagnostic Supervisor is responsible for coordinating diagnostic and product testing activities, ensuring that analyses are performed in accordance with established procedures and that results are properly documented. Provides operational support to the area and supervises technical personnel during the execution of tests and reviews.
What a typical day looks like:
Supervise the execution of product tests and diagnostics.
Ensure that personnel follow procedures and work instructions.
Follow up on products with failures and support their proper identification.
Document test results and diagnostic status.
