Support dietary services as a Dietary Aide in a long-term care setting. Focus on food preparation and exceptional service to ensure resident satisfaction and well-being.
As a Dietary Aide, you'll be responsible for meal preparation and ensuring that residents receive enjoyable and nourishing meals. Address any concerns from residents or their families promptly and efficiently, working under the guidance of the Food Services Manager. Your professionalism and communication skills will be key in delivering a positive dining atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve meals to residents
• Ensure high levels of meal satisfaction
• Handle feedback and liaise with management
• Assist during catering events and services
• Communicate effectively with residents and visitors
Requirements:
• Experience in food services or hospitality preferred
• High school education or equivalent
• Preferred certifications: Food Safe Level 1, Smart Serve, First Aid
