Digital Communications Specialist

The Digital Communications Specialist supports the planning, creation, execution, and optimization of CNLA’s public-facing digital communications across multiple brands and initiatives, including Plants Love You TM, Communities in Bloom, Green Cities Foundation, and Garden Centres Canada. This role is responsible for helping deliver engaging social media campaigns, maintaining and updating websites, supporting paid digital initiatives, and producing high-quality written and visual content that aligns with brand standards and organizational priorities.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who is organized, adaptable, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, complex, not‑for‑profit environment with multiple stakeholders, priorities, and deadlines.
