Description LeadVenture is looking for a Digital Experience Manager who is equally fluent in front‑end development and marketing strategy, who can sit in a roadmap meeting, translate business goals into a web brief, build a landing page in WordPress before lunch, and know exactly when a request is complex enough to hand off to the agency instead.
This is not a production role, nor is it a pure project management role. It lives in the space between someone who can build and knows when they should. You will make the daily judgment call between “I’ll handle this” and “this goes to the agency” — and you’ll be right more often than not. You have the technical range to know the difference.
