Map current/future workflows (BPMN), identify automation candidates and digitise spreadsheets/email processes.

Ensure alignment with IT governance, security, auditability, and data retention.

Define problem statements, users, constraints; draft business case documents (scope, data, success metrics).

Maintain backlog/roadmap; run UAT and manage production releases.

Conduct user interviews/journey maps; run usability tests; set up feedback loops.
