Digital & It Senior Analyst

**Position Summary**The Digital and IT Analyst defines, configures, tests, trains and supports business-related information technology requirements and systems.Leads limited scope projects using information technology to enable business improvement and perform critical analysis under limited supervision.
**Responsibilities**- Lead and manage infrastructure projects including wireless network upgrades, Network MDF upgrades, OT segmentation, Teams Voice implementation, and other related initiatives.
- Provide end-to-end vendor management: coordinate with vendors for procurement, installation, maintenance, and issue resolution.
- Deliver tier 1, 2, and 3 technical support for IT infrastructure issues, ensuring timely resolution and mínimal impact on business operations.
- Utilize ServiceNow for incident, problem, and change management; ensure all changes follow established processes and documentation standards.
