We’re building Ottawa’s pro women’s soccer community from scratch, and we need someone who gets excited about executing campaigns that turn casual fans into devoted supporters. Reporting to our Director of Digital Marketing, you’ll be the engine behind our digital marketing operations—taking strategic direction and turning it into campaigns that drive real results.

What You’ll Actually Do

Campaign Execution & Optimization

• Execute paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, and emerging platforms based on strategic direction from the Director
• Monitor campaign performance daily and flag optimization opportunities
• Build and deploy email automation sequences (welcome flows, fan nurture, membership onboarding, off‑season engagement)
• Manage campaign calendars and ensure timely execution across all digital channels
