Digital Production Designer

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Digital Production Designer to own the design and production of our email channel, ecommerce assets, and digital collateral. This is a high‑volume, high‑impact role; email is one of our most important revenue channels, and you will be the engine that keeps it running at a premium level.

Responsibilities

• Design and build weekly marketing emails end‑to‑end: concept, layout, asset sourcing, export, Klaviyo build, QA, and revisions.
• Take direction from the CRM team and blend performance with on‑brand creative.
• Source product imagery and UGC assets; AI‑generate supporting visuals as needed.
• Create banners, graphics, and supporting assets for every send.
• Design and build automated email flows in Klaviyo; update and maintain existing flows.
• Perform QA testing across desktop and mobile before every send.
