Job Summary The Digital Workspace and Collaboration Engineer is a key member of the Digital Workspace and Collaboration Infrastructure team, serving as the primary architect and guardian of our cloud‑collaboration environment. This role ensures that team members across the US and Canada have seamless, secure, and high‑performing access to essential tools. Bridging the gap between complex backend infrastructure and the frontline user experience, you will provide Tier‑3+ support while driving the evolution of our desktop and mobile device management strategies. You will spearhead our transition into AI‑driven productivity through advanced automation, modern endpoint management, and continuous optimization of the Google Workspace ecosystem. Additional responsibilities include mastering object delivery systems and supporting shop‑level technologies.
