As a key player in the dining room team, you will actively participate in service while leading staff to adhere to cleanliness and compliance standards. You will oversee daily operations, mentor new employees, and enhance the joyful atmosphere that residents cherish daily.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead dining room service by example
• Support new staff through coaching and mentorship
• Assist in scheduling and manage service tasks

Requirements:
• 1+ year of experience in a supervisory role
• 2+ years of serving experience
• Experience with seniors is beneficial
• WHMIS and Food Safe Level 1 required
