Direct Buyer

We are looking for a Direct Buyer reporting to a Global Sourcing Manager to help us develop our new products. In this role, you will have a major impact in supporting the organization’s growth. You will be at the forefront of expanding BRP’s product range through your supply chain knowledge and by developing business partnerships with our suppliers.

YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for key material and service categories.

• Lead supplier selection, negotiation, and contracting processes.

• Act as a key stakeholder in the development of new components in collaboration with engineering, the quality department, and strategic suppliers.

• Negotiate and ensure compliance with various supplier agreements (lead times, cost structures, raw material fluctuations, exchange rates, etc.).
