The role encompasses oversight of programs and activities related to the development plan, operation of computerized systems and corporate infrastructure, maintenance of the computer pool, software development, service agreements, information technology, cybersecurity, networking, and telecommunications. It also provides advisory and functional expertise to the Director General and all managers of the School Services Center to ensure optimal integration of IT for the educational mission.
