Responsibilities

Ensure that Air Canada's Security Policy, the air operator security program and all relevant processes and procedures are developed and documented in accordance with international standards and meet regulatory requirements for operational status.

Lead the continuous improvement of Air Canada's Safety Management System for Security (SGSU) by working with internal and external stakeholders, including through IATA SGSU certification and Transport Canada security programs applicable to all carriers.
