Director, Business Modernization

Overview

The Director, Business Modernization is accountable for bringing rigor, pace, and discipline to the execution of approved innovation and modernization initiatives across McKesson Canada. Operating within enterprise strategy, portfolio priorities, and design standards established by Strategy, Innovation, and Business Modernization leadership, this role ensures initiatives are well framed, properly governed, executable, and delivered with measurable outcomes. This role succeeds by reducing execution risk, maintaining continuity as initiatives move from design into rollout, and removing friction across complex cross-functional efforts.
