Supporting the Vision, Values, Purpose and Commitments of Fraser Health including service delivery that is centered around patients/clients/residents and families: The Director, Clinical Operations provides leadership and direction on strategies, planning, design, implementation, delivery and assessment of assigned clinical department/service within or across a hospital or health services area, or, for a Regional Program across Fraser Health. Oversees programs/departments/services to support operational leaders, remove barriers to patient transition and foster a culture of patient-centred care across the health care continuum. Partners with physician, clinical and support leaders in the system design, implementation and sustainability of an integrated clinical program to achieve Fraser Health’s priority actions supporting the Fraser Health Strategic Operating Priorities.
