Description
Our client is a Canadian banking and financial services institution who have experienced tremendous ground in the recent year. Presently they are seeking an experienced leader with exposure to commercial lending to support portfolio growth and oversight of the lending department. Responsible to develop, manage and execute the annual strategic business plan aligned with the corporate strategy and a major contributor to the AOP; to optimize the commercial client experience, drive sales results and maximize profitability while ensuring productivity standards are maintained for the sales and risk team.
