Position Overview The Director, Corporate Development will work with senior leadership to identify, assess and execute strategic growth opportunities for the business, including potential strategic partnerships, joint ventures, M&A, and capital markets initiatives. This leader will report to the VP, Investor Relations & Corporate Development and will work in partnership with commercial, finance and technical personnel as well as external parties. The candidate will bring a strong mix of financial, technical and transaction experience and a strategic mindset to this dynamic critical minerals / battery supply‑chain environment.
