Operations Director This full-time hybrid position is based in Mexico City, a senior leader to manage and strengthen the Collections function, with responsibility across client and insurer portfolios, working capital optimization, and large-scale operations administration. This role plays a critical part in ensuring healthy cash flow, operational excellence, and strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, while driving continuous process improvement and automation.
