Director, Design Operations

Overview As the Director, Design Operations, you provide operational leadership in the execution of the Design strategy through operational excellence. You enable seasonal delivery through the I2C (Innovation to Consumer) processes and optimization of Design processes. You drive efficiency through calendars, process, and cross functional alignment, ensuring timelines and business objectives are met. In partnership with the Product Operations leadership team, you provide guidance and cohesion to cross-functionally optimize a high performing cross functional Design Operations team.

This role is based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to hybrid work. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.
