Our client, a Top 5 bank in Canada, is looking to hire a

Director - Digital Paid Media

to lead their in-house agency model for an initial 12 Month contract with a high possibility of extension and conversion. This role is 1-2 days a week in the office in downtown Toronto. Responsibilities

Lead a dynamic team of up to 20 paid media experts, driving team strategy, operational efficiency, and marketing effectiveness. Collaborate closely with Media and Marketing Communications teams to set plans and budgets, develop tests, and integrate digital media into marketing strategies. Oversee budget management and optimization to ensure maximum ROI, leveraging insights to enhance cross-channel digital marketing performance. Stay current with industry innovations, bringing new opportunities and trends to the table to drive efficiencies and competitive advantages. Must-Have Skills
