About the Role
Reporting to the Vice President, Corporate Services, and Chief Financial Officer, the Director, Financial Planning & Operations is responsible for leading the organization’s accounting, financial operations, and financial planning and analysis functions.
The role places a strong emphasis on forward‑looking financial analysis, accounting integrity, and business partnership with operational leaders, while ensuring sound financial controls, disciplined processes, and service excellence. The incumbent will ensure timely, accurate, compliant and insightful financial information supports strategic decision‑making, operational effectiveness, and stewardship of resources in alignment with Bethany’s mission, vision, and values.
