Director of Great Lakes Regional Office
The Director is accountable for the overall management of the scientific/technical programs, human resources and financial resources and facilities of the bi‑nationally staffed and funded Great Lakes regional office (GLRO). This includes but is not limited to oversight of the office’s professional and support staff; development and submission of a draft office budget for Commission approval; assurance that the operations of the office are within budget and comply with relevant Canadian and U.S. laws and regulations; and serving as the senior contact on behalf of the GLRO in engagements with governments, stakeholders, rightsholders and the public.
