Director, Human Resources

We’re looking for an innovative Director, Human Resources to join our Human Resources team within our Winnipeg Office.

As a Director, Human Resources you will provide strategic and operational HR leadership across Canadian manufacturing and corporate operations, supporting approximately 1,000 employees. You will lead a team of HR Managers and HR Generalists, ensuring consistent, effective, and compliant delivery of HR programs, policies, and services while aligning HR initiatives with organizational objectives. This role is accountable for maintaining compliance with Canadian employment legislation and fostering a positive employee experience that supports engagement, performance, and retention.
