Responsible for ensuring university compliance with FIPPA, and other privacy legislation (including GDPR and other applicable developments), copyright and Canada's Anti‑Spam Legislation (CASL). Coordinate and oversee the investigation and resolution of all access to information and privacy requests and complaints for the University.
