Job Description In this role you will work cross‑functionally with other operational leaders to understand inventory warehousing and product delivery needs. You will ensure that inventory movements, both internal and external to Kardium, are conducted efficiently and effectively, ensuring delivery commitments to customers.

Location: Burnaby, BC – Hybrid work arrangement.

Responsibilities

Direct and mentor inventory and logistics leaders across all Kardium manufacturing sites

Grow a high‑performance team culture, driving engagement, retention and employee development

Instill a continuous improvement mindset and drive programs to improve efficiency and control of inventory and logistics processes

Manage all raw materials, WIP and FG inventory located at Kardium and third‑party warehouses
