Director – ITSM Compliance & Regulatory

Job Description

As part of the RBC ITSM Compliance & Regulatory team, the Director ensures universal and consistent adoption of ITSM practices within RBC and its group companies. Working with process owners and operations teams, they aim to achieve process consistency and data quality. The Director will use their knowledge of ITSM data interpretation and communication skills to produce the required evidence when representing RBC to external regulators, audit teams, and risk groups. They will also lead the organization’s compliance efforts and provide expertise on ITSM practices in alignment with enterprise policies, IT risk, and technology frameworks. The Director manages activities through senior managers and managers and implements strategic plans and budgets.
