Responsibilities
Lead leisure and wholesale sales strategy to drive revenue growth across Hilton All‐Inclusive properties.
Oversee a multi‐billion‐dollar LATAM wholesale business, focusing on conversion, market share, and partner performance.
Develop and execute strategic business plans with key wholesale partners to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Drive demand generation through integrated marketing, promotional campaigns, and targeted sales initiatives.
Identify revenue optimization opportunities by analyzing booking gaps, conversion barriers, and market trends.
Negotiate preferred partnerships, pay‐for‐performance agreements, and commercial frameworks.
Articulate and showcase brand value through compelling sales storytelling within the all‐inclusive resort space.
