In this role, you will be responsible for managing several Food & Beverage clients (e.g., CPG, Foodservice, Retailers, etc.) from two of the largest syndicated consumption tracking studies in Canada. You’ll uphold client servicing excellence, contribute to growing our business, and mentor and coach a small team of junior researchers.
What You Can Expect To Be Doing
- Oversee and support several syndicated Food & Beverage clients in Canada in terms of revenue maintenance/growth, analytical rigor, and storytelling
- Manage end‑to‑end reporting on a range of small to large analyses by understanding client preferences for reporting:
- Sets the vision with a structured plan/approach as to how the report will focus on answering specific client objectives and supports junior team on executing the vision
- Review and provide feedback on draft reports, getting them to near completion before final VP sign‑off ...
