The Director of Marketing will manage SCMC’s public presence and growth engine, driving competitor recruitment, brand credibility, and engagement across the year. This includes content strategy, announcements, recruitment campaigns, and ensuring all media looks and sounds professional and attractive.

- Build and execute annual marketing strategy: recruitment funnel, content calendar, and campaign timelines
- Drive competitor sign-ups across universities and clubs (organic + partner amplification)
