Director, Mortgage Origination

We are seeking a Director, Origination to play a pivotal role in building and enhancing relationships with real estate developers, property owners, and other key stakeholders to advance Cameron Stephens’ presence and drive the company’s strategic growth through facilitation of brand awareness. This role will focus on identifying business development opportunities and gaining market intelligence and more specifically be responsible for the following:

• Marketing/Strategic Planning:
  • Work closely with Manager to facilitate brand awareness, refining Cameron Stephens’ brand and pitch strategy.
  • Develop strategic plans to support Cameron Stephens’ business goals and establish objectives of the Origination Team regarding existing and prospective clients/markets to make informed decisions about delegating responsibility for accounts to maximize potential.
