Director of Admissions and Enrollment Management

On behalf of our client, Southpointe Academy , we are searching for a Director of Admissions and Enrollment Management in Vancouver, BC. This is a pivotal leadership role for someone who is warm, trusted, and forward‑thinking, with the presence to represent a premier independent IB World School and the insight to guide families through one of the most meaningful decisions they will make. As the architect of the school’s K–12 admissions, recruitment, and enrollment strategy, you will shape how families discover, understand, and ultimately join the Southpointe community.

Reporting to the Head of School and serving as a key member of the Leadership Team, you will influence the school’s growth, reputation, and future direction while ensuring every prospective family experiences Southpointe’s mission and values from the very first interaction.
